Dru and Julie Landrum are creators out of central Texas.
We like to dip our toes in the cool waters of Aretè living by participating in a wide range of musical and artistic endeavors.
Dru’s main focus is songwriting and sharing his life experience through song in hopes of harnessing the power of community that live music can conjure. His current record, Dru Landrum and the Dance of the Dominant Dogs- written as a rock opera, delves into mythology and the realm of archetypes. The soundtrack is currently available on Spotify, YouTube, and Bandcamp.
Julie’s work has morphed over the years with a current interest in process based art that can buddy up to wellness modalities- which have the potential to increase overall happiness by allowing a sustained flow state. These modalities include paint pouring and NEUROGRAPHICA, and soon will include Soul Collage. You will also often find Julie behind her camera lens capturing powerful moments in life, as a lifelong Texan.
Julie’s other work includes her own artwear line URBAN POMP as well as her up and coming podcast Yellow Brick Road Rash- it will be live on YouTube sometime in the summer of 2024.
Last but not least Dru and Julie work collaboratively as visual artists and have been included in an International Neo-Symbolism exhibit with their piece called Mary, Mary.
